The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.
Design MongoDB schema for applications
Work on query optimization
Develop pipelines for data ingestion and processing Integrate MongoDB with backend applications
Performance optimization ( db tuning i.e indexing )
Data modeling experience
Design build and manage shared cluster for scalability
Design and build backup solutions
8 years of handson experience working withMongoDB in enterprise production environments including design deployment and operational support.
8 years of experience designing and operatingMongoDB replication and highavailability patterns including failover behavior and read/write topology design.
8 years of experience implementing and managingMongoDB sharding for large datasets and highthroughput applications.
8 years of experience in performance tuning including index design query plan analysis aggregation optimization connection/session management and workload profiling.
8 years of experience applying distributed systems tradeoffs including consistency models replication lag failure isolation and multiregion architecture patterns.
8 years of experience with backup and recovery tooling and strategies including validation of restores and disaster recovery exercises aligned to RPO/RTO targets.
8 years of experience with Linux administration and scripting (bash and/or Python) to automate database operations health checks and diagnostics.
8 years of experience integratingMongoDB with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation practices (IaC configuration management repeatable deployments).
8 years of experience with application integration patterns includingMongoDB drivers connection pooling ORM/ODM usage patterns (where applicable) and transaction semantics
