Four plus years technical writing experience in writing publishing and maintaining documentation. It can range from making small edits to existing content to creating entirely new spaces and pages. Need someone who excels at handling multiple projects and has the technical know-how to liaise with SMEs to create SOPs knowledge base articles policies procedures and flowcharts.
