As the Business Analyst eCommerce you will play a key role in driving solution-oriented changes across the Commercial Department and improving the overall efficiency of the eCommerce domain. You will be responsible for researching analyzing and developing data-driven business cases that support process optimization cost reduction new business opportunities and strategic improvements.
You will work closely with the Manager Commercial Projects Lead Product Owner Project Managers Product Owners and cross-functional teams including Marketing Content B2B Sales Channels and Customer Service. You will translate business needs and opportunities into well-defined business cases including scope solution options expected impact resource requirements and budget considerations enabling effective decision-making and implementation.
