The Manager People Systems & Services will manage and strengthen day-to-day People & Culture operations support HR technology and process improvements and contribute to rewards and compensation initiatives. The role is responsible for efficient HR service delivery accurate employee data policy compliance and continuous improvement of HR processes and systems while supporting an effective employee experience.
Experience in compensation and benefits administration HR technology implementation automation or digital transformation compensation bench marking and working within a large organization BPO or shared-services environment will be preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills excellent verbal and written communication attention to detail analytical and problem-solving abilities ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines and strong execution and follow-through.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. 57 years of relevant experience in HR operations HR shared services or a similar People & Culture function. Hands-on experience with HRIS administration and HR technology. Strong understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and HR operations. Experience in HR analytics reporting and data management. Good understanding of HR policies compliance requirements and operational controls.
