Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of application issues and minimize business impact. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities. - Continuously improve support processes and documentation to increase efficiency and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EIS Suite Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Communication Problem Solving. - Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues within enterprise environments. - Experience working with middleware technologies and integration platforms to support business-critical applications. - Ability to analyze logs monitor system health and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring problems. - Familiarity with incident management and change control processes to ensure compliance and minimize disruptions.
