Organizational Context and Scope
Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) is a system to track and monitor displacement and population mobility and it is designed to regularly and systematically capture process and disseminate information providing better understanding of the movements and evolving needs of displaced populations whether on site or en recent years DTM has become increasingly recognized as the primary source of displacement and migration data and information source at country regional and global levels. As result of it worldwide presence flexibility and interoperability the DTM is now being implemented in Pakistan.
One of the core functions of DTM is data collection targeting various types of mobile population and community living with them through variety methods such as face to face and/or telephonic continuing its efforts on conducting data collection in several several identified locations with various type and high number of migration and mobility DTM will need numerous numbers of enumerators.
Under direct supervision of Project Assistant and overall supervision of Project Assistant (provincial Coordination) the enumerators will be responsible for organizing data collection process (such as KIs or schedule for interviews) and conducting data collection process itself. Besides enumerators will also be responsible for deliverables of following duties:
