Dual-SIM holder is designed to work with standard Mini SIM cards. The thickness of Mini SIM is 0.76mm (2FF standard). However, certain SIM cards are thinner, e.g. Nano SIM thickness is 0.65mm (3FF standard). Recently, more and more operators provide 3-in-1 SIM cards with the thickness of 0.65mm, i.e. the whole SIM card thickness, not only Nano SIM card part. Reacting to this, the top (SIM2) slot of FMB122, FMB125, FMB125, FMC125, FMM125, FMB225, FMC225, FMC650, FMM650 will be filled with ‘dummy’ SIM card from May 2024. By placing the additional ‘dummy’ SIM card, the bottom (SIM1) card is pressed firmly to ensure a reliable connection.

We would like to inform you that Teltonika Telematics is going to update printed information on the ECO boxes. Therefore, customers will receive boxes with printed QR link to the Quick manual.
We would like to inform that you might receive FMx devices with different GSM/LTE antenna bridge color (except FMX64, FMM00A, FMX13A, FMB003, FMB020, FMB002, FMP100)
We would like to inform you that Teltonika Telematics is going to replace printed packing lists with QR codes available on the packaging boxes.
Printed packing lists are included in group packaging boxes.
When QR codes are introduced, packing lists will be available to download and print in Partner Portal/Helpdesk. Instruction how to use functionality can be download from here
We would like to inform you, that from October 3rd to 10th, the packaging robot will be upgraded in production, which will temporarily make it impossible to use the box press printer. As a result, all boxes made on those days will have a sticker printed and affixed instead of a print. Therefore, customers can receive packages with a sticker instead of a print for some time.
We would like to inform you about the hardware change for FMx devices (except FMX64) starting from September of 2021.
We would like to inform you, that Teltonika products ECO packing boxes will be marked by direct printing on its technology, instead of printing on the sticker, starting from the 19th week of 2021.
Due to changes in package marking appearance we recommend contacting your customs agent with our change notification information, to avoid any unexpected delays in the customs clearance process.
