Workshop for Certified Assessors in the 20th Cycle of the Emirates Women Award
As part of the activities of the 20th cycle of the Emirates Women Award, I, as the Head of the Award, conducted a training workshop for certified assessors participating in this cycle. The workshop included an introduction to the award categories, participation criteria, assessment mechanisms, and models, along with a set of guidelines regarding technical matters. Emphasis was also placed on applying quality and excellence standards to ensure a fair and comprehensive evaluation process.
The Emirates Women Award was established in 2003 under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, by the Dubai Quality Group, aiming to honor and encourage outstanding women in the UAE across various fields, including leadership, employment, professions, innovation, social responsibility, entrepreneurship, culture, arts, and others, in addition to a special category for institutions that excel in empowering women.
