Like Genshin Impact, livestream codes are a quick source of free Stellar Jade, but they expire a day after each stream. It's a good idea to watch for codes released during promotions, new character launches, or version updates, — or you can just check this list, that is.

To redeem codes in Honkai: Star Rail, you first have to complete the Trailblaze Mission 'A Moment of Peace' to unlock the mailbox function, then you can either visit the official redemption site and login to your account, or you can redeem codes in-game.
When you redeem a new active code, rewards will be sent to your in-game mailbox. Be sure to claim them to add them to your inventory.
If you don't see the rewards right away, quit and relaunch the game. Note that each active code can only be claimed once per account character.
