What started as a vision became a nationwide movement, thanks to the passion and dedication of RBC’s team members, community investment partners and the youth who brought it to life. These champions took action, turning local ideas into a coast-to-coast force for change.
Young Canadians were entering a fast-changing world of work, without equal access to skills, experience, or opportunity.
In 2017, RBC launched Future Launch, our largest-ever coast to coast community commitment at the time.
